Acceptance of Terms of Usage / Terms and Conditions

Please call in if  you feel like you should have received a proof and have not – or CHECK YOUR SPAM / JUNK FOLDER as it may be in there.

ORDER USING ONLINE CART & CHECK OUT:
Payment in full is due at check out. IMPORTANT - I understand that the "Design Preview" PDF files available through the design process are not proofs. I will review my actual PROOF through the link on the order page to ensure that I have saved all the edits I have made. I have verified that spelling, fonts, and contents are correct. I am satisfied with the document layout and have added bleed if appropriate for my design. I understand that if I ordered one sided printing, anything I added to the back side will not print. I understand if I ordered black only printing, anything I added in color will print black/grayscale and the results may be unexpected depending upon the colors I used. I understand that if I order a Stick product the Stick disclaimer banner will print on the Stick liner as it is shown in my proof. I understand that I cannot make changes once my order is placed and has been approved to print. By approving my proof to print, I acknowledge that I am accepting all responsibility for typographical, formatting and design errors. A'Deas Printing is not responsible for errors after the proof has been approved to print. NOTE IF YOU HIRED A DESIGNER- We will email a pdf proof to you for your review & approval within 2 business days after you submit your order. Follow the instructions provided with the email proof to request edits or approve the proof for print.

Some products and quantities take longer, be sure to check the turnaround listed for each product to be certain of the turnaround time expected. ADEAS is not responsible for the handling of your order once it has shipped or mailed since it is no longer under our direct control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the freight carrier’s involvement or the United States Post Office’s involvement. If RUSH or quicker Production Time is available and you have chosen to use RUSH processing/shipping please review your order for separate terms & fees. After you have approved your proof your order is not subject to cancellation. No returns will be accepted. ORDER OFFLINE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Your proof will be provided for your review within 1 business day for Ready To Print Artwork orders and 2 business days for orders including Design Services. Most of our products and quantities ship within 5 business days once you have approved your proof and checked out unless otherwise noted in your order. Some products and quantities take longer, be sure to check the turnaround listed in your estimate to be certain of the turnaround time expected. ADEAS is not responsible for the handling of your order once it has shipped or mailed since it is no longer under our direct control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates due to the freight carrier’s involvement or the United States Post Office’s involvement. If RUSH or quicker Production Time is available and you have chosen to use RUSH processing/shipping please review your estimate for separate terms & fees. If you cancel your order prior to proof approval a cancellation fee will apply. After you have approved your proof your order is not subject to cancellation. No returns will be accepted. The estimate is valid for 30 days.

ARTWORK & PROOFS-  We will contact you via phone or email with any questions or issues after your order is submitted and this may result in a delay in your turnaround time. If you choose to use any of our stock background/images, we will print from the high resolution file to ensure quality. However, because the images are proprietary, we can only provide a low resolution art file with our watermark for your review and cannot provide a digital, high resolution, un-marked art file for you.

CREDIT CARD-  Your down payment and/or any balance due per your estimate/invoice will charge to your credit card upon acceptance of the estimate and per the terms of payment.

SPECIAL OFFERS:  may not be used in combination with another offer and may only be used once per customer.

RETURNS:

Printed Products - Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order may require all or a portion of the order to be returned. Pictures of damaged order may be required.

Blanks Products - Returns must be approved by Adeas within 30 days of the order date. To return a Blank product, you must contact our customer service department for approval. You will receive a Return Authorization number for your reference if approved. A 20% minimum restocking fee will apply. Returns approved must be in perfect condition and in original packaging. Condition will be reviewed by Adeas once received at our facility. If condition is determined to be acceptable, we wil process your refund within 30 days less the restocking fee. We will contact you via email regarding any issues or concerns so please check your email and spam folders for information.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT:  We do our best to ensure the arrival of undamaged goods, but damages do occur sometimes. If your order arrives and you notice any damage please contact us by email at customerservice@adeasprinting.com detailing the damage. Please take one or more digital pictures of the damage for our insurance and for any claims against the courier. Please do not dispose of the carousel-item as we may require its return (if return is required we will arrange return shipping.) Once we have been notified (and have received the images of the damage) we will contact you with options for replacing the shipment as soon as possible. Please include your order # and contact information when you email us.

MORE PAYMENT INFO: If the Buyer's credit card is declined, ADeas Printing will not process the Buyer’s order. If the order is shipped and should the Buyer's account become delinquent, Buyer agrees to pay a monthly finance charge of 2% (annual percentage rate of 24%) on the unpaid balance. If an account goes beyond the payment term's due date, unless specific arrangements are made, future purchases will require advance payment. In the event that ADeas Printing must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

SHIPPING: ADeas Printing will arrange for shipping with the carrier on behalf of the buyer.  ADeas Printing will not be responsible for the delay in delivery, loss or damage of the order while the order is with the shipping carrier. If you provide an address not recognized by UPS and they have to reroute, return or update the order and charge ADeas for that service, we will bill you for those fees and charge the same payment account automatically.

These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

A'Deas Printing reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.

You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by posting them on our website or, at our election, by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you registered at our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care. However, if you withdraw your consent to receive our communications electronically, you must discontinue your use of your account.

All the terms and conditions and/or any transactions occuring online at www.adeasprinting.com or by phone are subject to the laws of the State of Kansas.  Adeas Printing is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from Machinery Breakdown, Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.   The tools available on www.adeasprinting.com to create document is the property of ADeas Printing. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms.  The Terms and conditions shall in all respects be governed by STATE OF KANSAS law. 

All orders are subject to acceptance by ADeas Printing. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse.

ADeas Printing will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. ADeas Printing shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages.  The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold ADeas Printing responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against ADeas Printing on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.
